Welcome to CoffeeAny. By accessing or using our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoffeeAny's service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

CoffeeAny provides a platform that allows users to:

• Earn half-price vouchers through sign-up and redemption codes issued by our WhatsApp customer service
• Combine two half-price vouchers to redeem one free cup of coffee (50% × 50% = 0%)
• Access partner hotel and merchant locations
• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Vouchers and Rewards

4.1 What Are Half-Price Vouchers

Half-price vouchers (each worth 50% off) are the only way to redeem free coffee on CoffeeAny. Vouchers can be obtained by signing up, contacting merchants via WhatsApp, entering redemption codes, participating in promotional activities, and other actions as determined by CoffeeAny. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

4.2 How to Redeem a Free Coffee

Each voucher reduces the price of one coffee by 50%. Two half-price vouchers can be combined at checkout — 50% × 50% = 0% — to redeem one cup of coffee for free. Voucher redemption is subject to availability of partner stores and the specific terms of each reward. Vouchers may have expiration dates or other limitations as specified in your account.

4.3 Voucher Expiration

Vouchers may expire after a certain period of inactivity or as specified in promotional terms. CoffeeAny reserves the right to modify voucher expiration policies with reasonable notice. Expired vouchers cannot be restored or extended.

4.4 No Cash Value

Vouchers are promotional credits tied to your CoffeeAny account. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any form of monetary compensation under any circumstances.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use any automated system to access the service without permission
• Collect or harvest any information from the service without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or overburden the service

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoffeeAny and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CoffeeAny. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoffeeAny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
